Well - while I was completing the Telnet exercise I was screen dumping. Then I hit the paste button in Paint, cropped it to take out all my background programs and pictures. If you do it this way make sure that when you save the pictures you save them as a JPG file as VOX only takes those pictures files when you upload them onto your blog.

Screen dumping is when you hit the "Prt Scr" button above your delete button.
What it does it work as copy and paste does in a document then all you do is paste it into a Paint program and remember to save it as a jpeg file.
